3. Web hosting

Our website is hosted by netcup GmbH, Germany. netcup provides the infrastructure required to deliver this website securely and reliably. In the course of providing hosting services, the following technical data may be processed:

• IP address of the accessing device
• Date and time of access
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referring URL (if applicable)

This data is processed to ensure secure and stable operation of the website and is automatically deleted after a short period. It is not combined with other data sources.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google Ireland Ltd. GA4 helps us understand how users interact with our website by tracking, for example:

Google Analytics is configured to anonymize IP addresses before processing and storing them.

5. Behavioral analytics (Hotjar)

We use Hotjar, a behavioral analytics tool provided by Hotjar Ltd., based in Malta and part of the Contentsquare Group. Hotjar helps us understand how users interact with our site by recording anonymized data such as mouse movements, clicks, and scroll behavior. Input fields are masked, and IP addresses are anonymized before storage.

Hotjar does not store any personally identifiable information.

6. Contact form

If you reach out via our contact form, we collect:

• Email address
• Your message

This data is used solely to respond to your request.

To process form submissions, we use Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA). The data you enter in the form is transmitted to and processed by Formspree.

The transfer of data to the United States is based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not use your data for marketing purposes. Data is deleted once your request has been resolved, unless further communication is required.
