A new standard for global shopping

In 2022 Miele decided to create a new globally consistent shopping experience to fuel its D2C-business. Success had to be achieved quickly, even though the team in the new Amsterdam competence center was still being built up. We jumped in and, together with the great people on site, defined the functional and visual foundations for the new customer journey.
